Departure Procedures
Our staff encourages parents to make arrangements for campers to stay for the entire camping experience. If it is necessary to pick your camper up early, please call the office and make special arrangements. Your child will meet you at the office with his/her belongings.
On your child's last day of camp, we invite you to attend the closing worship service at 2:00pm. Depending on the weather, the worship service will take place in either the Outdoor Chapel or Beech Pavilion. Campers will stay with their groups until after the service, but parents are welcome to sit with the groups.
Before leaving with your child, sign the check-out sheet provided by the counselor. Pick up all medications from the First-Aid coordinator. Please check to make sure that your camper has all of his or her luggage and not someone else’s. Double check for sleeping bags and dirty clothes.
