Registration & Check-in
Registration is from 1:30-3:00pm.
1) Check camper under Beech Pavilion. Each camper will receive a name tag and will be told where he or she is lodging. Also, notify staff at this time if your camper is riding home with someone other than you.
2) Stop at the First Aid table. Leave medications with the nurses and inform them if your child has special needs. You will need to complete a form with dosage instructions for each medication.
3) Stop by the Camp Store to purchase t-shirts and other camp items. (Campers will receive free t-shirts on the last day of camp).
4) Parents of children staying in Main Camp (Rising Suns and most Cherokee Lodge campers) may move luggage to the assigned lodges and meet the counselors. Campers should remain in the lodges with their groups. Older campers staying in the Rustics should put their luggage in the designated bins near the parking lot and then join their counselors in Beech Pavilion.
5) We encourage parents to make sure campers are comfortable, but remind parents that the longer you stay, the harder it is on the campers when you leave.
